  1. Preheat the oven to bake at 375 degrees F, and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium size mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and baking powder.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, with a hand mixer, or using a stand mixer, beat the butter with the brown and white sugar.
  4. Add in the egg, and beat again.
  5. Add in the peanut butter, and vanilla, and beat again until smooth.
  6. Add the dry mix to the wet, and beat until you have a smooth batter.
  7. Stir in the oats, chocolate chips, chocolate candies, and sprinkles.
  8. Using a cookie scoop, dish out the portions of dough for each cookie on to your baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  9. Bake one tray at a time, in the center of the oven on the middle rack, for 12 minutes.
  10. Repeat with the remaining dough.
  11. Allow the cookies to cool for 5-10 minutes before removing them from the cookie sheet.

  1. These were a huge hit, even with my gluten-loving family! I am not a baker and they still turned out deliciously, which says a lot! Definitely making these again!!
